Feel free to use this in your new restaurant... MORNING GLORY, opening soon in downtown Toronto. Damn, I'll bet it's great all fried up for breakfast.
Suburban Housewife's Tuna Casserole #2
2 Boxes Kraft Dinner
2 cans of tuna
2 cans of mushroom soup (Or mushroom and onion)
Chopped onion. You decide how much.
Chopped green pepper. Again, you decide how much.
Bit of milk (for the KD)
Bit of butter (for the KD)
Salt and pepper
Ruffles potato chips. Understand: Ruffles. Not Ripples.
Make the Kraft Dinner. Just like usual. Salt and pepper, until it tastes just the way you like it.
Crush the tuna into chunks. Make sure the chunks are happy, good-sized chunks. Throw all ingredients into the Kraft Dinner mix, which should still be in the pot, if you've done this right. Oh - don't add the chips. Not yet. Stir it all up good.
Spread the mixture into a casserole dish. Crunch handfuls of chips over the casserole. Not too crumbly, though. Remember: happy chunks are the key, all throughout this delightful casserole.
Stick it in the oven at 350 degrees, for 30 minutes. Amaze your friends. Then get them some dinner.
